Terms of use
These are the rules of the road for using Threeball Society. By using the app or website, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Threeball Society is run by [legal name], [address]. Email hello@golfclobber.com.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or over and live in the UK. You need to give us true details and keep your sign-in to yourself. One account per person.
3. Playing with people you meet here
Threeball Society helps you find people to play with, but we don't vet or background-check golfers, and we're not there when you meet. You choose who you play with and you're responsible for your own safety. Please follow our safety tips. Golf clubs have their own rules, green fees and dress codes, and those are between you and the club.
4. How to behave
You agree to follow our community rules. Don't use Threeball Society for anything illegal, for selling or spamming, or to harass anyone. Don't try to break, copy or overload the app.
5. Your content
You own what you post: your photo, profile and messages. You give us permission to store it and show it in the app so the service works. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share. We can remove content that breaks these terms or the rules.
6. Suspending and closing accounts
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the community rules, or that puts others at risk. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Me → Delete my account.
7. The service
The app is free to use. We'll try to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features.
8. Liability
We're not responsible for how other golfers behave, for anything that happens at a meet-up, or for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law says we can't exclude. Your legal rights as a consumer aren't affected.
9. The shop and tournaments

10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
11. The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
